What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is an active meditation technique that facilitates an emotional release.


Have you ever felt like you were stuck in life? The weight of your anxiety was too much to handle? Tired of depression weighing you down? Do you find yourself repeating old patterns that you desperately want to change? I know I struggled with self-love and a difficulty with letting go of the past. Breathwork can help you with all of these challenges. It gets you out of your busy mind and into your body. With this meditation you can heal old wounds and pave a new path for yourself.

Or perhaps you have been doing personal growth work for awhile and you feel grounded in yourself - this work can also help guide you to find a greater connection to your personal power. This meditation can strengthen your connection to self, a partnership, work and creativity.


Breathwork is unlike a traditional seated meditation. You do not have to wait for something to happen to you. You make the magic happen.

A virtual session with me will consist of a period where we intimately connect on a deeper level before diving into the 35minutes of active breath followed by 15minutes of relaxation and reintegration.

This experience will be tailored to you. I will be engaged with you the entire experience and you will walk away feeling your own personal power.
