What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is an active three part breath meditation technique that facilitates an emotional release.

Breathwork is an active meditation tool used to work through anxiety,
depression, emotional stress, trauma and any hidden blockages in your body. 

A  session will consist of 35 minutes where you will breathe to
music and I will guide you with various grounding tools such as essential oils,
herbs and crystals. After you will conclude with a 10 minute rest period.

Once you have completed a session you will have the opportunity
to leave feeling a sense of calm, improved clarity, more focused,
a flow of creativity and a greater connection to yourself.

We have all been given the gift of breath so
the practice of Breathwork is for everyone
regardless of any limitations.

Private one-on-one sessions, couple sessions,
virtual sessions and special group sessions are available.
