Week One
Exploring the sense of sound

Things you’ll need for this workshop -

Soundscape Playlist - first ten sounds
- Take 3 slow soft breaths in through your nose and out through your nose
Play a sound for 5 seconds - stay with your breath - observe how it feels in your body
- Journal what the sound felt like to you
- Could you feel it anywhere in your body?
- Did it bring up any sensations in your body?
Rotate through 5-7 sounds -

- Play one soft and sensual song and listen to how your body wants to move based on that song. Stay with your slow breath.
- Play a more intense song and move your body based on how the music makes you feel. -
Bring your awareness into your yoni / pelvic floor whilst we make the below sounds. Take note of the sensations - if you can feel it - in your yoni / pelvic floor. Journal out what you can feel whilst you make these sounds.

Make a playlist for our time throughout this experience together. Add 2-3 songs per week and by the end of the program you’ll have a sensual playlist designed to light you up and inwardly connect.
Journal/document daily sensory experiences related to sound. Reflect on how different sounds make you feel and note any sensations evoked. This practice helps heighten awareness of the auditory aspects of sensuality in everyday life.
Move your body freely to 1-2 songs per day.
Week Two
Exploring the sense of SIGHT

Things you’ll need for this workshop -

Hop into the video around the 34minute mark and let me guide you through a visualization experience and note how your body responds to the power of inner sight.

Go find something in your home that visually pleases you.
Come back and write about why that item visually pleases you - emphasizing the visual aspect of things.
What do you feel in your body and why were you drawn to it?
Write 6-8 sentences using the sense of sight to entice a pleasing experience in your body.
Perhaps you read it to yourself aloud - hear your voice.
Read it slowly.
Stare at your pleasurable item. -
Journal Prompt - Have you ever desired to change your body based off of what you have seen on social media?
I reference Celese Barber’s IG account - dive in and have a laugh if you would like!Grab your mirror + let’s dive into Mirror Work:
gaze into your mirror for 60 seconds
stay connected to your breath - utilize heavy exhales if you need
journal about what you saw whilst you lovingly gazed at yourself
diving deeper a bit with the eye gaze as you speak aloud to yourself:
I am worthy of being loved
I am enough
I am exactly who I need to be in this moment
It is okay to feel scared
I am willing to learn how to take care of you

Get inquisitive about the light that is around you - diffuse it or use a candle

Bringing awareness into how you like to give and receive love can help you connect inwards to your pleasure and joy. Use this knowledge to get curious and see how you like to give and receive love.

Everyone experiences sexual pleasure in different ways. Learning how to harness how you like to explore your sexuality is a superpower. I love this quiz because it helps with some gentle insight as to what makes you tick. If you are a Sensualist - this lesson will be great for you to explore deeper!

Go find THREE various textures in your home and explore with touch.

Bring each individual item to your body and explore the sensations - one at a time - take 10 rounds of breath to explore the sensations with each item.
Does it feel better or worse when you use different parts of your body to touch it?
Is there a part of your body you don’t want to be touched?
Take note of what you like and what you don’t like - see if you can integrate more of what you like into your life more. -
Grab your journal, pen, lotion/oil
Extend your arm outwards YANG side of your arm - the giving side.
Put your fingertips onto your skin and for the next 30 seconds (less if you hate it) - slowly trace your fingertips on this part of your body.
Flip your forearm over to the YIN side of your arm - the receiving side.

Journal how these two sensations felt to you.Do the same with -
Firm Touch (both sides of arm) and then journal how it felt.
Scratching Touch (both sides of arm) and then journal how it felt. -
Utilizing the idea of Reiki - rub your hands together and create friction - pull them apart and notice the sensations.
Hover your hand over a part of your body that needs a little extra love & care.
See if you can feel the energy between your own skin - get curious and explore here. -
Between each slide, take 3-5 slow centering breaths
In through your nose and out through your nose
Allow your fingertips to touch your body in a way that the word on the card evokes within YOUR body

Hop back into the video and practice this guided sensory experience. Try to do it 2x before moving on to the next lesson.
Blindfolded Sensory Exploration
Grab 5 items in your house that could bring pleasure into your body. Blindfold yourself and explore various objects around you, focusing on touch alone to identify and describe the objects. Stay exploring with a slow breath and noting any sensations in your body.Musical Massage
You can explore giving a massage to yourself in sync with calming music. Let your fingers move at the pace of the music.
Week Four
Exploring the sense of Smell
I desire to connect.
Things you’ll need for this workshop -
Journal + Pen
Perfume, Cologne or an Essential Oil
Bring an item or something that connects you to something precious from the past
1 candle

Grab the item that is memorable for you. Take a moment to use the sense of sight to deeply connect to this item. Once you feel like you have completed that connection, bring your gaze towards the ground or close your eyes. Use your imagination and your memory to recall something special about this experience.
Can you begin to lean on the sense of scent to allow this memory to really come alive. What can you smell? Is it something distinctive? Are you able to smell this regularly or is this unique to this experience? Allow your mind to get inquisitive. Utilize the sense of touch to allow your hands to move on the item, your body or anything around you. While you are in this meditation - give yourself permission to take in any sounds that may be pertinent to this experience.
Ask yourself - did diving into this experience bring up any emotion for you?
Were you able to tap into any sensation of joy as you went back in time?
Journal it all out! -

Get curious about pheromones - don’t wash your hair for a few days, dare to not wash your armpits. See if anyone is more drawn to you -especially during ovulation! If you have a crush or a partner, sniff them after a workout or sniff their heads after a long hard day. See what senses it entices in your body! Journal about it! ◡̈
Go to a store that has essential oils - pick them up and sniff them. See how they feel for you and if any make you feel alive in your body, grab it and start to incorporate it!
Write a letter to your future self - spritz it with some perfume that you like. Pick a date to open it up on your calendar and when you open it - inhale deeply and see how that feels for you!
Scented Sensual Affirmation Mirror Exercise - affix scented notes with positive affirmations to your mirror. Repeat these affirmations while engaging in self-love and body appreciation.
Scented Solo Sensual Massage - use scented massage oils for a self-massage session. Focus on the sensations and scents, allowing yourself to relax and connect with your body.

Week Five
Exploring the sense of taste
I desire to feel euphoric.
Things you’ll need for this workshop -
A blindfold or piece of cloth to wrap around your head
Something savory and something sweet to eat
Any tools that help you connect to your sensuality

Have any of you ever had a deep intimate experience with a meal?
If you haven’t, I want you to imagine your favourite dish and give yourself permission to write about it.
If you have, write out that glorious moment. Go to town.
As you are writing remember to focus on the sensations in your body.This doesn’t have to be sexual - it just has to be sensual.
Lean on your senses to write. -
Explore the various textures of your savory food item (we’ll switch to sweet after).
Mindfully chew and focus on what you are eating.
What do you notice about what you are indulging in?
Switch between sweet and savory to notice the difference in what you are enjoying.
See if they play well together or not.
Get curious on what you are tasting and can you feel any sensations in your body? -
Pop your blindfold on and slowly breathe for 1 minute
Begin to sample your sweet and savory items to see if you notice anything different about the experience.
Can you taste anything more subtle?
Does the crunch feel different?
Does the weight of the food feel different? -
Breathgasm - utilize this breath pattern as your practice to lean in to exploring how breath can expand your pleasure.
Temperature Contrast - Experiment with foods at different temperatures (hot and cold) and discuss how temperature affects taste perception.
Seasonal Tasting - Explore seasonal produce and discuss how the changing seasons influence the flavors available.
