Breathwork is an active form of meditation which will temporarily transform your nervous system, allow your mind to quiet down and welcome the body to come alive.
Reiki is a a Japanese form of energy healing that is transferred through the palms and can calm emotional distress, physical pain and bring balance back to the energy centers in your body.
This beginners Breathwork Workshop requires no pre-requisites to participate and is open to all seekers. This Workshop will utilize calming breath, a stimulating breath pattern to elicit an emotional response followed by optional breath holds and a juicy restful period.
I, Sara Silverstein, will be your host for this workshop. I am an International Breathwork Guide and I have been facilitating group breathwork since 2017. I have trained with two spiritual healers, two doctors and I have completed trauma informed care trainings.
