Inner Light Wellbeing LLC, including its owner, Sara Silverstein, and all assistants, are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for all participants in our workshops and private 1:1 sessions. However, it is important to understand that participation in any activity or session is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.

Acknowledgment of Risk:
I, the undersigned, acknowledge and fully understand that I am voluntarily participating in the workshops and/or private 1:1 sessions offered by Inner Light Wellbeing LLC. I am aware that these activities may involve physical, emotional, and psychological exertion, and I accept all risks associated with such activities.

Release of Liability:
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the workshops and/or private 1:1 sessions, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Inner Light Wellbeing LLC, Sara Silverstein, and all assistants from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that I may hereafter have for any injuries, damages, or losses arising out of my participation in these activities. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims for personal injury, emotional distress, or any other damages resulting from my participation.

Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inner Light Wellbeing LLC, Sara Silverstein, and all assistants from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, brought as a result of my involvement in the workshops and/or private 1:1 sessions.

Medical Treatment:
I understand that Inner Light Wellbeing LLC, Sara Silverstein, and all assistants do not provide medical or psychological treatment, diagnosis, or advice. I will consult with my healthcare provider if I have any concerns about my ability to participate in these activities. I agree that I am responsible for my own health and wellbeing during all activities and will take any necessary precautions to ensure my safety.

Free Will Participation:
I acknowledge that my participation in the workshops and/or private 1:1 sessions is entirely voluntary and of my own free will. I understand that I may discontinue participation at any time if I feel uncomfortable or unable to continue.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Inner Light Wellbeing LLC, Sara Silverstein, her assistants and any studios the workshops are hosted in do not provide refunds for any workshop or private session purchased. By acknowledging this waiver you acknowledge that you understand that Sara Silverstein and her assistants do not have a cancellation or refund policy.

By acknowledging this agreement by signing up for any personal or workshop events, I confirm that I have read and fully understand this liability waiver and agree to its terms.
