Grief takes many shapes. It can come from losing someone you love. It can live in the end of a relationship or friendship, the loss of a version of yourself, or the quiet ache of shame and sadness that has never fully been tended to. Grief is not one thing, and it does not follow a timeline.
This Breathwork experience is a space to gently meet grief in all of its forms, including the grief of loss and the grief we carry silently. Through guided, intentional breath, we will create room for emotions that may feel heavy, confusing, or unfinished. You do not need to know exactly what you are grieving in order to come. The breath has a way of meeting what is ready.
This evening is not about fixing grief or moving through it faster. It is about allowing grief to be felt, expressed and supported in a way that feels safe and contained. You will be guided with care, with time at the end to ground, integrate and soften.
