If you feel like you have been holding it together for a long time, this space is for you. If your shoulders never fully relax, your breath feels shallow, or your body stays alert even when nothing is wrong, you are not alone. This is what it can look like when the body has learned to protect itself.
In this Breathwork & Reiki Journey, we will begin by using conscious, energizing breath to help shift the emotions and patterns your body has been holding onto. This is a space where it is safe to feel, move energy, and meet what is ready to be released. More than anything, this evening is an invitation to choose yourself. To step away from tending to everyone else and remember what it feels like to be supported, guided, and gently held in your own experience.
This work is rooted in nervous system awareness, deep listening, and respect for your body’s own wisdom. You do not need to have any prior experience with breathwork. Just a willingness to show up as you are and trust that your body knows the way forward.
