Sara is the full package. Not only is she incredibly trained, intelligent, and informed but she is one of the most hilarious people I know. She makes learning about Science fun! Sara goes above and beyond any teacher I've worked with. She honors her own boundaries AND she gives us oh so much! I feel so prepared to continue on my breathwork journey and still have so many more resources from her to look over! Sara's heart is so beautiful and anyone that comes across her is so lucky! I'm forever grateful for this group dynamic as well because now we all have each other to continue practicing with and can cheer each other on!

Breathwork has been instrumental in my personal development and in my desire to spread the love I sought to be trained as one who could properly facilitate. Sara's class enabled me to begin leading clients through one on one Breathwork sessions with confidence. The class is educational, interactive and Sara made herself available for one on one time.

I am so glad I took the leap to learn with Sara, her energy is contagious and her knowledge is beyond the stage I can only dream of getting too. I feel I have left with more than just the ability to teach breathwork but a new mentor and many great new friendships. I felt supported and will continue to feel supported on my next stages as a Breathwork Facilitator. Already counting the days I can do another training!

I am mind blown by how much information I've received in this training. I look forward to rewatching everything and it's great to know that I can go back to these lessons anytime I want to. I am leading my first Breathwork experience tomorrow and to say I'm excited is a bit of an understatement. Thank you for this amazing training! I could have listened to Sara for many more weeks.
